Great Store—Disappointing Service

We so enjoyed our shopping experience. Staff weren’t available much, but they did hold our purchases until we were ready. When we checked out, two pricing discrepancies added quite a bit of time to the process. I went in to arrange for pickup, and a person said she’d be right out. After waiting over 15 minutes outside with a hungry baby, I went back into the store , only to hear she had forgotten to bring our order out to us. Three staff were working with one customer with only one other customer in the queue. When our purchases came out, I did the heavy lifting. We love the store, but customer service was chaotic and lacking.
